Fulfillment Updates/ODAM Announcements

Hey all!
We hope you had an awesome holiday season and New Year celebration! Now that we're in 2020 and the holidays are behind us, we wanted to go over the fulfillment status and make a couple of important announcements.
New Point Of Contact
Now that we're in the fulfillment/post-fulfillmient phase of this project, we have decided to set up a specific point of contact to continue taking care of any customer service issues related to this campaign. While Andrew has been helping with Kickstarter messages, we've now also added him as a collaborator to the project, so he will be able to respond to comments, respond to messages directly, and basically manage the back end of the campaign. So, please make Andrew feel welcome (and go easy on him!)
Now, for some status updates:
Replacements: We're currently working on a new method to handle replacements so you can keep track of the status of your requests more clearly. We received feedback that our existing system could use more transparency, so we want to be sure to provide a way for everyone who needs replacements to know exactly what's going on with them. We ask for your continued patience when it comes to replacements, especially since fulfillment is still on going. Our 1/10 update will have a clear process and timeline for replacements laid out.
Europe/Australia/Rest of the World: The vast majority of these have been dispatched. There are about a dozen packages waiting to receive tracking numbers, but other than that the packages have been released and are in transit. If you have not received a tracking number by 1/10, please send us a Kickstarter message then so we can further investigate.
United States/Canada: The holiday season hit United States fulfillment a little harder than we first anticipated, but we've been informed that the slate has been cleared and packages should be going out at full speed now. Even with the holiday season, about a third of the total US packages and the rest should be going out much quicker now. We will post an update on 1/10 with an updated status report on these numbers.
What's Next For ODAM?
Now that this campaign is mostly in the hands of outside fulfillment partners and our own customer service representatives, we wanted to announce our next project. If you've visited us at any recent conventions, you'll have seen CardWeaver in action. CardWeaver is a deck-building game based on the world of The Shared Dream that's been in development for around 2 years. We will be launching a campaign for CardWeaver on February 11, 2020, and will have more information, including a preview of the campaign page, for you soon. And if you have Tabletop Simulator, you don't even have to wait that long--you can search the Workshop for CardWeaver and download and play the game right now!
We hope this update helps you guys, and as mentioned, Andrew will be live in the comments and on KS messages to answer any further questions.
Shipping Is Underway!

Hey all,
If you've been following the comments, you'll notice that tracking numbers and packages are going out! Due to the holiday season, some packages may take a bit longer to be delivered, but the process is well underway.
As a note for your peace of mind, there isn't necessarily a correlation between where a package is going and when it will be dispatched, so we recommend not trying to use other people's tracking information to try to figure out when your package will be sent. Batches of tracking numbers will be made each day until everything has been dispatched.
We will send out another update once all of the packages have been dispatched, so if you don't see a tracking number, don't panic! If there are any backers who haven't received a tracking number by the next update, that update will have the information you need on how to proceed.
Until then, we hope you enjoy the rest of the holiday season and have a great rest of the year. While response time may be a little longer during next week, we will still be monitoring our email and Kickstarter message box, so if you have any questions or need any help, feel free to reach out!
Shipping Update/PAX Unplugged

Hey all,
Quick update on The Shared Dream's fulfillment status!
United States/Canada: The shipping container has landed and gone through customs and should be delivered to our fulfillment warehouse Monday, December 9th. Allowing for a couple of days of receiving and sorting, packages should start going out to backers by the end of next week.
UK/Rest of the World:
Gamesquest currently has all backer information and have received the product. They are currently sorting and preparing the inventory, so they should also be able to start fulfilling by the end of next week.
On a final note, if you are at PAX Unplugged, visit us at Booth #3901! We'll be demoing our upcoming project CardWeaver all convention long, so please stop by and be among the first to play this new deck builder based on the world of ODAM and The Shared Dream.

Address Lock Reminder/Of Dreams and Magic RPG News

Hey all,
Just wanted to send out a final reminder that we are locking addresses on Monday. After this Monday, the 18th, we will no longer be able to change shipping addresses, so please make sure your info is updated. This is very exciting because it means we're only a short few weeks away from The Shared Dream and Covens landing in your hands!
In a second piece of news, during the campaign we received a lot of questions about the RPG that The Shared Dream is based off of, Of Dreams and Magic. There were quite a few backers on the first campaign who added the RPG as an add-on, and just as many asked about adding it in this campaign.
We are now crowdfunding a second edition of Of Dreams and Magic, now titled The Waking World. We have listed the project on a new crowdfunding platform, Game On Tabletop, that focuses on tabletop RPGs.
